This is definitely one of the best, if not the best submission I've seen on Newgrounds. Awesome graphics and style. They kinda reminded me of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. Great timing, everything seemed well thought-out, and it flowed very nicely. Another great thing is the length. I was entertained for the full ten minutes that this lasted. Over all, I'd rate this a 6 out of 5 if I could.

This is a pretty fun game. I was hoping to max everything, but that is completely impossible. Around level 19, everything moves so fast, and there are so many enemies on-screen that it makes it lag like crazy. You should fix it so the max on-screen enemy limit is 30. I wanted to keep playing, but you made it impossible. >:|

All around, this is a great game. However, some things got a little annoying. One thing was the repetitive voices. Seriously, hearing Zero say "Got this one!" twice a minute gets a little annoying. :P
Another thing was the Hyper Mode display. During the boss battle, I put Zero and X into Hyper Mode in the same turn. That's when it gets a little confusing. It's hard to tell which character has 2 rounds left when it's not labeled. So next time, just put the character's name on that window.
Also, I would avoid using gradients. But that's just me.

Hope this advice helps! I can't wait for MXVM3!

You need to take like, eight English classes. And a couple classes on Flash. This was terrible. Not only were there multiple spelling and grammar errors in every sentence, but it was slow and very boring. It looks like you only spent an hour on it, and that's no good.

This game is too buggy. The ball always gets stuck in the top-left corner of the screen. Yes, I realize that there's an emergency reset button, but if you did your programming correctly, there would be no need for it. If you fix this, I may consider voting higher than 0.

The fighting and animation was great, but the story isn't very good. Babidi "somehow" comes back? That doesn't make much sense. And if I remember correctly, there's a limit to how long one can use the Hyperbolic Time Chamber in a lifetime, and Goku had already used up his time there. And you had a ton of spelling and grammar errors. Don't just throw some half-assed dialogue in your movie, it doesn't look professional at all. Please, for everyone's sake, make an effort to perfect the script in the future. And if you don't think you can, at least have your friends look it over. It would be well worth it in the long run.

The fighting in this flash was pretty good, and I feel the music worked well. However, the one thing that prevents you from getting higher than an 8 overall is the absolutely horrible voice acting. You definitely should have gone with text alone.
